Department Sergeant at Arms Kyle Torpey

Associate Torpey was born on February 28th, 1993 in Burrillville, RI where he currently resides in. In January of 2019, Associate Torpey joined the United States Air Force and went to Basic Training in Lackland, Texas. After completing Basic Training, he was shipped up to Sheppard AFB, Texas where he attended Tech School for Aircraft Maintenance for Tactical Aircrafts in April of 2019. Upon completion of his training, Associate Torpey was then stationed at RAF Lakenheath, England where he joined the 492nd AMU by August of 2019. During his time in England, he was deployed once to Jordan as part of Operation: Inherent Resolve from April to October of 2020 as well as taking part in other training exercises across Mainland Europe. After 3 years and 10 months in the service, Associate Torpey was honorably discharged from the US Air Force on November 8th, 2022. His personal achievements include a Good Conduct Ribbon, Outstanding Unit Award Ribbon, and Airman of the Month for the month of February of 2022.

By December of 2022, Associate Torpey joined the Marine Corp League as an Associate Member and Assistant Paymaster for the Worcester Detachment #144. He also currently serves as Sergeant-at-Arms for the Massachusetts Department as of November of 2023.
